Presentations

Which file format/page format should the presentation on the pitching stage have?
Please send the presentations in PPT or PDF format. The page format should be 16:9.

What language should the presentation be in?
If possible, give the presentation in German. For non-native speakers a presentation in English is possible. The moderation will usually be in German, but for non-native speakers it can also be in English.

How long should be the pitch presentation for start-ups?
The presentation should take five minutes and is followed by feedback from the expert jury. The approximate times of the presentations can be taken from the program of the T4M Start-up World.

How long are the other lectures at the pitching stage?
The length of each presentation was discussed individually. It usually takes 10 minutes or 15 minutes.

Can I bring my own laptop for the presentation?
All presentations will be played on a laptop from the fair (Windows user interface). You cannot use your own laptop on the pitching stage. Please send all presentations by May 2. at the latest to i.herlitze@remove-this.biocom.de. It is possible to upload an updated version on site. This should be delivered to Ines Herlitze at the medtech two booth (C85) in the immediate vicinity of the pitching stage on the day of the presentation at the latest 15 minutes before the start of the session.

A personal laptop can be used at the exhibition stand.

Is there an on-site contact point for pitching stage speakers?
At the "medtech zwo" booth at T4M Start-up World (C11 or C85), Ines Herlitze will be available to answer any questions speakers may have. She will also accept updated versions of presentations if necessary.

Does every start-up have its own booth?
Yes, every start-up has its own booth, which is marked with information about the company.

How big is the stand?
What can I present at the stand? The exhibition stand consists of a standing bridge with a high chair. The dimensions of the table are 140cm x 60cm. You can exhibit demonstration objects, prototypes/products and flyers at the exhibition stand, as long as there is enough space on or in front of the table. There is a plug socket. Can I bring a roll-up? You are not allowed to set up your own roll-ups.

When can I start setting up?
If a longer set-up phase is necessary, start-ups will receive a co-exhibitor pass. This can be collected from the entrance area at 8 a.m. on trade fair days. Exhibitors in the special area within the Start-up World can also set up their stand on May 6th. Please contact Helene Märzhäuser for more information. The official start of the fair is daily at 9 am.

How do I find my booth on site?
Each start-up receives its own booth number on site. You ca find your booth number here. On all trade fair days, co-exhibitors will receive an information folder with all important information for orientation on site at the info counter for exhibitors and speakers in the entrance area of Hall 9. The T4M Start-up World itself is a large central area within Hall 9, which is marked with its own carpet colour (PINK). In the entrance area of the T4M Start-up World there is an information counter where all important information on the booth and program of the pitching stage is also available.

Who is my local contact person?
Your local contact person is Ines Herlitze from medtech zwo. The contact information will be handed out at the info counter for exhibitors and speakers. Do I have to attach the booth-poster myself and can I take it with me after the fair? The booth-poster is already attached before the start of the trade fair and can be taken along at the end of the day.

How to get there

How do I get to the T4M?
T4M and T4M Start-up World are located in Hall 9, West Entrance. From the airport and the S-Bahn, you can reach the fair on foot via the east entrance. There will be a shuttle bus to the west entrance.

How do I get from the airport to the exhibition grounds?
The Stuttgart exhibition grounds are located directly next to the airport. You can reach the east entrance on foot. From there, take the T4M bus shuttle to the west entrance.

Is there a bus shuttle on the premises?
Yes, there is a shuttle bus between the east entrance and the west entrance.

Is there a site plan?
There will be a site plan on site at the trade fair.

Will there be any other events on the exhibition ground?
Yes, CONTROL, the international fair for quality assurance, is taking place at the same time as T4M.

Tickets

Do I have to buy a ticket for the T4M?
Start-ups do not have to buy a ticket for the T4M. With our code medtechzwo4U there are free tickets online: Anyone wishing to start setting up the booth before the trade fair opens at 9 a.m. will receive a co-exhibitor pass at the exhibitor info counter in the entrance area of Hall 9.

Where can I get an exhibitor ticket?
If a longer set-up phase is necessary, entry is possible before 9 am. A co-exhibitor ticket is required for this, which can be picked up at the info counter for exhibitors and speakers at the entrance to Hall 9. Where can I get visitor tickets to invite guests?
